We are always on the lookout for new development opportunities as we continue to expand our portfolio. We are actively seeking plots for development within Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and we are particularly interested in acquiring the following types of land:

• Land with or without Planning permission
• Infill development land
• Garden Land (Including land which may require assembling several neighbours gardens)
• Brownfield land
• Houses on large plots
• Agricultural and commercial buildings
